About me
The First Sparks
"My interest in food culture showed from as young as 7 years old, where I would be involved in all the food preperations for the various festivities and the big family gatherings at the house of my grandparents in the countryside. Later on, sparks of interest emerged when helping my grandmother prepare and bake traditional handmade vegetable and meat pies, and various every day meals for the family dinner. That is when i realised the passion and dedication it takes to make people happy through dining together, sharing food and opening up as the dinner progressed and all the stories that would come up from what happened in the day or our life experiences. That, i think, was one of the tipping points that made me fall in love with providing delicious food to other people.

I began my professional culinary journey in 2014 and have since worked on a number of different kitchens and food concepts. I take pride in the work that I do and in the relationships that I’ve built with my clients. I am a firm believer in working hard, working together, and having fun along the way!
